Alder Rock Estates was born out of a desire to bring more land to the market by giving burdened land owners an easy avenue to sell their unwanted vacant land, while connecting land buyers to their dream property. Paul is originally from Concord, New Hampshire, and has always had a passion for real estate. Aside from running Alder Rock Estates, Paul also works as a Civil Engineer and teaches land surveying at a local community college. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, exploring nature, and playing guitar.
